越南工商部貿(mào)易防衛(wèi)局公布，美國(guó)商務(wù)部(DOC)獲該國(guó)企業(yè)要求對(duì)來(lái)自柬埔寨、中國(guó)、馬來(lái)西亞、塞爾維亞、泰國(guó)、土耳其、越南等國(guó)家的床墊產(chǎn)品(Mattresses)進(jìn)行反傾銷(xiāo)及反補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查。目前針對(duì)越南床墊品項(xiàng)進(jìn)行反傾銷(xiāo)及反補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查的涉案產(chǎn)品關(guān)稅稅號(hào)包括：9404.21.0010、9404.21.0013、9404.29.1005、9404.29.1013、9404.29.9085、9404.29.9087等品項(xiàng)(上述編號(hào)是美國(guó)關(guān)稅稅號(hào))。
此案原告包括：Brooklyn Bedding, Corsicana Mattress Company, Elite Comfort
Solutions, Fxi, Inc., Innocor, Inc., Kolcraft Enterprises Inc., Leggett &
Platt, Incorporated, The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, United Steel,
Paper And Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service
Workers International Union, Afl-Cio等公司。
原告認(rèn)為越南床墊廠(chǎng)商未依照市場(chǎng)機(jī)制運(yùn)作，并建議比照印度的生產(chǎn)成本來(lái)調(diào)查越南產(chǎn)品價(jià)格及生產(chǎn)成本。本案調(diào)查程序時(shí)間規(guī)劃如下：
